A restorative breath and sound journey designed to help you slow down, calm your mind and reset your nervous system!
In the busyness of life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stressed!
Through mindful practices like conscious breathing and a sound bath, you’ll be gently guided back to your center, restoring a sense of calm, clarity, and inner harmony.

ARRIVAL: Doors open at 10:15am. Please arrive early to give yourself time to settle in and relax.
Doors will close promptly at 10:35am. We kindly ask you to arrive before that time to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
WHAT TO BRING:
A Yoga Mat and Comfortable Clothing.
Optional: Blanket, Eye Mask, Pillow, Water.
NOTE: If possible, try to avoid eating a heavy meal right before the session. Breathwork may include gentle movement to support deeper connection.
